Travelling with my nephew who is a Minor

Hello to all! I will be travelling with my 7 yrs old nephew next week to US, is the travel clearance suffice for the immigration? His mother is already at the States..are there other requirements that i needed to prepare? Pls i need an urgent advise...thanks a lot everyone!

I guess travel clearance is good, but maybe just prepare a copy of his mother's passport/visa and his BC.

When my son was travelling with my sister, i sent a notarized letter and she said the Officer said it was well written and type of letter they are looking for. so you may need to do a notarized letter from his mom. Just to be on the safe side.
