Please I need help family, I just got my case # and IIN # from NVC today and I called back about 20mns to see if DS3032 choice of agent has been generated and the operator said I have to wait 20days before it can be generated, is this right? please tell me what to do...

No you dont need to wait for them, send the DS-3032 from the beneficiary's email

You have to wait to be invoiced for the AOS bill, after you pay that and its showing paid on the portal, you send the AOS package
