vaccination supplement for AOS

Hi all,

I can't find a message where I read that someone sent the vaccination sheet received from the US Consulate from abroad during the interview for getting the K1 Visa, along with all the documents requested for the AOS process and it was ok, is that possible?

What are the chances to get the RFE for sending that document called DS3025?

Sorry maybe I'm wrong...........can anybody confirm me that?

K1 VISA: 07/25/06 GOT VISA!!!!!!

30th of September 2006 WEDDING

AOS:01/29/2007 received Permanent Resident Card (GC)

ROC:04/11/2009 received Permanent Resident Card (GC) expiring in 2019!!!!

N-400:

on 05/21/2010 Sent out docs to Arizona Lockbox Facility address via USPS

on 06/30/2010 Biometrics

on 09/24/2010 Interview Day - Passed the Test

on 10/19/2010 Oath - USA CITIZEN!!!!!

on 10/20/2010 I requested the US Passport

on 11/02/2010 the US Passport was received by Priority Mail

on 11/03/2010 @ the Social Security Office I changed my status from Resident to US Citizen

ON THE 3RD OF NOV.2010 MY JOURNEY ENDS, WHICH STARTED IN DEC. 2005!!!!!!!THANKS TO VJ & VJ PPL!!!!!!!!

You don't send the vaccination sheet which you got at your medical abroad..... you have to go to a CS listed on the USCIS website and this doctor need to transfer the information from your DS 3025 to the I-693.

If you just sent the DS 3025, you will probably receive an RFE, since the supplement I-693 form is required.

You don't send the vaccination sheet which you got at your medical abroad..... you have to go to a CS listed on the USCIS website and this doctor need to transfer the information from your DS 3025 to the I-693.

If you just sent the DS 3025, you will probably receive an RFE, since the supplement I-693 form is required.

i sent the DS 3025. did not get an RFE , had my AOS interview and finally got my GC. i know quite a few who did this route as well. BUT - you may want to play safe though..... good luck.

---- validity started Nov 01; means they've approved it as early as Nov 01 and further processing was stalled bec i have not done my biotmetrics ( well, how could i? they told me to wait for an appt letter from them! ) anyways, job search starts for me now.

2 yr GC received 2 wks later.

I've posted such a message. My wife's DS-3025 was completed and signed-off as all vacinations given or waivable as medically inappropriate and it was sufficient for her adjustment.

Others have reported that it was not sufficient for them.

i have only sent the one from my original medical overseas with all vacinnations on it... I am yet to get an RFE but also am yet to have my interview.. i think that those who have been given an RFE for it might not have all the req vaccinations.
