HI MY PD IS APRIL 2011 NVC BEGAN TO PROCESS OUR CASE WE HAVE JUST SEND DS 3032 SINCE 10 DAYS WE PAY 88 DOLLARS AFTER THAT NVC SEND US EMAIL THAT THEY RECEIVE OUR CASE AFTER 2 DAYS THEY SEND US EMAIL THAT WE MUST PAY DS 230 WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE UNTIL NOW

Call NVC ask for a receipt for payment on the DS 3032 once that is processed they will contact the appointed agent via email for the Affidavit of support and follow-on visa payment.

but after email from nvc that they receive our case they send us to pay a fee 230 dollard this payment for what?

You have been registered as agent for the immigrant visa petition . The Immigrant

Visa Processing Fee for each applicant indicated on the enclosed fee bill invoice(s) must be paid before petition

processing can continue. An invoice for each eligible applicant is enclosed.

IMPORTANT: On April 13, 2012 the Department of State reduced the immigrant

Amount Due: $230.00

this payment for what they didn t send us form of affidavit yet\\//???

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

It tells you it is for the visa a application this has to be paid to continue the next step. They will ask for the AOS..
