I guess I'm not understanding-it's nice to be grateful, but why? What difference does it make?

North africa is mostly red flag for frauds & scammers, in middle east things are worse because of what happened in many countries recently, it's called the arabic spring or something like that.

Ok but when it comes to immigration the MENA region is pretty much all in the same boat. This is an immigration forum not a politics forum. When it comes to immigration, it's more about scammers and frauds.

It was my opinion based on things we experienced here in Morocco during hard times, I'm not great on politics, i think you were right about what you said.

Red flags and long APs predate the Arab Spring by a considerable number of years.

There have been several terrorists who came from Morocco (as with other countries). That's not like some kind of Middle East monopoly. Arab Spring happening in a country isn't the issue. It's fraud.

Ah ok, i see, sadly i was born and still growing in one of those countries, although it has very less of those troubles but remains red flag, the people behind the windows know better than any VJ members, i'm grateful for VJ members God bless y'all.

Hello bro

Welcome to VJ .First off bro we don't have a similar case at all i don't know who told you we do ! Me and my wife don't have age gab. Yeah the embassy gave me a hard time to give me a visa but that was not for age gab at all .

Anyways if you guys did not meet in person yet you have to meet each other first to see if you guys will still feel the same or not .Take as many pictures as you can together, with your family,friends........save alot or emails, gift receipts..........

To get a visa you have to show to the people at the embassy that you guys really love each other and you just don't wanna get a visa and go to USA !

I'm not trying to judge you bro or anything but 26 years age gab that's really so much and its a huge RED FLAG !!!

I'm sure there are so many people here on this site have a similar case bro and they will help you out .

Good luck and my best wishes for you .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

i dunno why it's against me .. i'm here to find some help from u people who have experience about this issue

yes plz if u can contact this person to tell me what she did and the problems they faced will be so helping

Hello, lots of people in here are saying the right thing, but they are not giving DIRECT ADVISES, it takes at least 1 year of relationship, communication because it is a red flag to file for a K-1 only few months after her first visit to you, by the way, how long have you been communicating since the very first Hello?

To give you direct advises:

- Let her visit you, spontaneously, taking photos is normal, so you will take pictures together & with family

- Try to have her stay with you in Egypt for as long as she can, because a long visit of the petitioner (your future wife) participates on decreasing the intensity of red flag.

- Try co-mingle money with her by making her be a beneficiary of your bank account or properties.

- Try doing little trips over Egypt and stay in hotels, save the receipts, get membership at a fitness club,etc...

- Make SURE that your phone provider can provide phone call logs, and the same she needs to do, if providers can't help, you can find some paid options Voip internet based applications for smart phones for that matter, investigate about T-Mobile for her.

- After she leaves, keep communicating more than before via emails, phone calls, IM (messenger), post cards,etc... screenshot yourselves during a Video & Audio conversations + have your siblings & friends appear on the webcam.

- Regularly print your emails, screenshots, IM history, because you never know if one of your accounts gets robbed or password forgotten if changed.

- Have her visit You whenever she gets a chance, if she visits you 1 or 2 times before filing for K-1, that will save you time and energy in the future.

- Do your best to know everything about her & her life, hobbies, siblings, schools she attended,etc... , don't spend time only flirting, in other hand, you should explain to her that both of you need to know one another's lives very well.

- Try sending her letters & post cards regularly via mail expressing your love to her, make sure they have dates of mailing, keep receipts, she needs to do the same thing. and by the way, make sure your cameras can function to display date of pictures each time you take pictures together or with others.

- When translating documents, verify them very well, because if there are errors the USCIS, NVC or Consulate will take weeks until they notify you that there are errors in your documents.

- Try to not have intercourses until you are officially married since both of you are muslims, so you won't have a hard time answering the CO in case they ask that question at the day of your interview, your wife will need to be ready in case they call her to compare answers during your interview.

- Since You have significant age difference, you won't be able to have babies, so think of a convincing answer for that question.

- Purposely in your emails, keep reminding your wife the exact reasons that make you love her even though she is decades older than you.

- Your pictures together need to show you having fun and happy.

- Think of all the things in common with your wife.

- Arrange your documents, make things easy to sort by the officials, follow instructions carefully.

- It would be great if you talk to her siblings or friends, if that happens on the phone remember the date of when you spoke to them, if online via texts, print the conversation , and if that is done with Video on, screenshot and print.

- It is a good thing you have a rich family, but though, have a personal income, if you have assets have their titles, that's very useful, try to not receive any money from her, that's a good thing too, IT BURNS the RED FLAG LOL

- Hire a an immigration lawyer or attorney on her end, it will be beneficial to have him/her on your behalf to communicate with the USCIS, NVC or Consulate, and to help you filing out the forms properly.

- Spend as much time as you can on VisaJourney.com, you will do great.

i hope these tips will be useful for you.

Good luck

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

To the OP: Big Deal... is your fiance able to come online to visajourney and ask us some questions that she may have? Many of us are more than willing to help out, but I'd like to know what questions she may have as an American going through this process.
