Two I130 Filed for child!

My son came to US on a K 4 visa.My ex spouse I 130 petition for him was denied due to his background. I filed a I 130 for my son when I became permanent resident in February 2011. After I got married again to a US citizen a few months ago, he filed another I 130 for my son and we filed the I 485 for him. I got a letter from the NVC telling me that his case is ready to be processed two months ago but I did not reply since my spouse has filed another I 130 for him and he has a I 485 pending. Will the two I 130 affect his petition to adjust his status. Thanks.

Yes. You need to cancel the one that you filed to proceed with the one your "spouse" filed.
