I know this is a very specific question but has anyone filed to lift conditions based on a good faith marriage and was granted a 10 yr green card WITHOUT an interview? I know that's wishful thinking but I'm just pondering the possibility. Does divorce automatically send a red flag, thus an automatic interview, when it comes to lifting conditions? Or is this common enough that USCIS knows what they’re looking for and may not require an interview? I'm basing this on the fact that a good faith marriage clause does exist in lifting conditions. Any thoughts?

Yes! :thumbs: and it happened to me. In fact I was approved in 6 1/2 months after filing it with a waiver.I had an RFE but was granted with the 10 yr card WITHOUT an interview this Feb2007. I believe it depends on one's case though and that includes evidences of a bonafide marriage etc...
