i tried to put my complete passport number in the subject line and body but it says invalid?! why so?

I tried again without putting the subject line.. it says ""The current status of your passport is Origination Scan." Anyone knows what this mean? Thank you!

Are you following up your passport status thru email? Cozi did that too and gets a reply of please use a valid passport number or UID

leave the subject line blank and put your complete passport number on the body. send. Mine is now "PIcked up"

mine has been saying invalid number for both the passport number, consignment number (tracking), case number and uid.

i have a bad temper but i cant really do anything about this situation with 2go and the fact their website sucks.

hi anybody knows what this means? status of passport : in transit from post then after 4 pm i check it again it became. passport still in post? is there any problem for that?

The first means the embassy has arranged for 2GO to pick up your visa for delivery. The second posting must mean 2GO hasn't picked it up yet.

For some reason, neither the usatraveldocs.com nor 2GO sites ever updated for Michelle's visa. In fact, the one still says "In Transit From Post"....Michelle has been in the US for over a week. 2GO says not found using her passport number and MNL number. So, don't trust them too far.

I hear ya on that, those tracking sites are very poorly updated. Much like during the USCIS petition stage.
