I emailed the IV correspondence unit of US embassy in Manila 2 weeks ago and they just answered my queries tonight... I ask them if they already have my physical case, they said that they don't have my I29f yet and once they have received my i29f they will notify me regarding my interview scheduling... Now my problem is I already paid for my Visa fee in BPI.. Will I get in trouble regarding this? Or I just did the right thing? Btw.. I already know my case number...

You already have your MNL # and have paid your visa fee. Don't worry about your package arriving at the embassy and for sure don't sit and wait for the letter from the embassy - my wife would still be waiting for that letter as its never arrived. Go online and schedule your interview, read the embassy letter ( link below) and complete/gather all necessary documents, then the medical at St. Luke's and lastly CFO.

It will get there i'm sure. Don't worry. You can call NVC again and ask them when your papers left for Manila. I did that. It took 11 days from NVC sending to Manila. Then i would send them an email again once you know when NVC sent your package. Just for peace of mind. I totally understand your situation. Good luck!

Everyone is having a hard time scheduling. Most recommend to keep refreshing the page, it may take a few days as the embassy is booked solid through October they say, but keep trying and keep refreshing the page.

Yes the online schedule is filled. Just keep refreshing the page every hour and you will see an appointment open up. You might get a message that says you logged in a maximum number of time or something similar. Ignore it and keep refreshing the page. I did that for two days at the end of August and got a September 7 appointment. My files had left NVC one day before and I wasn't sure if it will arrive on time for my appointment. Anyway I called up on September 5 and the files did arrived that same day. So my fiancee had her interview and got her approval.
