I have a question maybe someone has had a similar experiance..

my future Fiance' applied for a student visa two times and twice he did not get it,

for dumb reasons. Now we want to apply for a fiance' visa.

Will they give us problems for that reason now, does anyone know? He is in Morocco and I am in the USA.

I would appreciate any infomation.

Thank you!!

1st. time he was denied the Student Visa because they said he did not have a high school diploma, which in the I-20 it stated that he did not need one, the school did not require one, he tried to explain to them that he did not need it, but the man would not listen to him, just said you can apply again.

2nd. time.. they looked at his I-20 and his bank statement, he was short a few dollars (in his bank statement) of what the I-20 said and thats why they denied him... He did not know it had to show the exact amount since we was not going to study the whole year and the money was more than enough... he tried to explain to the woman that the school only estemated that amount for a year, that he was only studing in USA for 4 months, he had more than enough money for that, but she turned the sound off and called the next person.

In all this, now we want to do a Fiance' Visa, but we are wondering if this will cause problems, or make them think that there is something wrong?

Thank you!!!!

No, they did nothing wrong. They paid the fee and asked for the visa but were told no.

This is true, however from some countries you must pass the "high fraud" barrier with the consulate. Given the past, that barrier may have risen a bit. Legally and possible... no problem, it is matter of convincing CO you are not fraud case.

In theory, no, it should not have a negative effect on a K1 visa.

He will be asked about it, and he should reply truthfully; but that's about it.

EDIT: You don't need to start multiple topics in the different areas of this forum. Please be patient and you will get answers.
