Your future fiance is from Morocco, a difficult consulate on a good day. I suggest you begin reading up on the consulate

Why was he denied? Was it a simple lack of ties? Did he say or suggest anything that was misleading?

Good luck

For the reason that his student visa was denied? No.

The reason WHY his student visa was denied two times might (or not) be a problem.

Hello, thank you for your response... 1st. time he was denied the Student Visa because they said he did not have a high school diploma, which in the I-20 it stated that he did not need one, the school did not require one, he tried to explain to them that he did not need it, but the man would not listen to him, just said you can apply again.

2nd. time.. they looked at his I-20 and his bank statement, he was short a few dollars (in his bank statement) of what the I-20 said and thats why they denied him... He did not know it had to show the exact amount since we was not going to study the whole year and the money was more than enough... he tried to explain to the woman that the school only estemated that amount for a year, that he was only studing in USA for 4 months, he had more than enough money for that, but she turned the sound off and called the next person.

In all this, now we want to do a Fiance' Visa, but we are wondering if this will cause problems, or make them think that there is something wrong?

Thank you!!!!

I know they are really bad at the Consulate office in Casablanca , Morocco.

I know from many people not just him, it's horrible, they even treat the Americans really bad.

Naturally, they should treat everyone good, but I am saying even theeeir own people are treated the same as the Moroccans.

I have a friend that went there with her new husband,to do some paperwork and they treated her horrible, with no respect.

I don't understand.. anyway I am so afriad/worried because we don't have tons of money to spend, actually, he pays for everything,

from his savings and money is not easy to come by in the USA.... let alone in Morocco.

I don't know, I can't even sleep thinking about all this.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the info and advise!
