Can immigration at the airport see I have a petition filed?

Hi all

My fiance (US citizen) applied for the K1 last week and we just got the NOA1 yesterday, now i want to visit him end of October on my tourist visa. Now I am wondering if the visa officer at the Point of entry can see this petition on the system?? and if he does I will def be subject to more questions.

Yes and Yes.....and you should be totally honest with all answers at the border. Bring tons of evidence that you will be returning and don't be disheartened if they turn you back.
