Hello again-

Does my fiancee need to do anything to her diploma and transcripts prior to coming here so that they would be considered valid when looking for employment? I know about wes.org and ierf.org. In other words, if she has her documents from her university, does she need to get them legalized like the birth certificate, or are the services of wes or ierf sufficient to show the validity of her studies for employer purposes? thanks again

I don't know the answer for sure. However, I have never known an employer to verify the education of the applicant. I suppose if you are looking to be an educator, or applying for a certification in a particular field of study, you would need to have your coursework evaluated by a service that is respected.

It depends on the employer. Some will accept the transcripts the way they are, others will need them evaluated by a third party. Some are very particular about which third party evaluation report they will accept.
