You can get married, but he can't stay beyond the time given on his I-94. F2A category has a waiting time for immigrant visa number of around 2 years - no way around it.

Were planning to get married here at US, is it possible? And im curious if we can get married, is there any way he can get green card or rather he can stay here?

Yes, it's possible to get marry here.

No, your spouse cannot get a green card immediately after marriage or stay in the US. It takes 2-3 years for a green card holder to petition for a spouse. The foreign spouse must leave the US and wait.
