‘Anti-Islam’ film spurs U.S. embassy, consulate attacks in Cairo, Benghazi

I have no problem with people who want to condemn the attackers. I condemn the attackers.

But that's not what certain posters here are doing.

The only thing I have seen you condemn and make post after post about was some ridiculous movie and it being the root cause of the hate filled attacks on innocent people who had nothing to do with the movie.

Not surprising. You don't "see" anything that contradicts your ideology.

Not surprising. You don't "see" anything that contradicts your ideology.

See that is just it. I don't have much of an ideology except that I will not appease those that are sworn enemies off freedom, liberty and my right to exist peacefully in this world. I don't care how much you say it when, I see in Muslim country after Muslim country all the violence and hatred, and almost weekly I read in the news that yet another bombing of innocent civilians has taken place by Muslim faith based organizations, then I form an opinion. and place these groups in in my "Threat to our country" category.

You have spent countless hours raging about that movie and very few words condemning the barbaric actions of your fellow Muslims. It's obvious which one angered you more.

I don't argue that there have been some wrongs committed by Israel and I freely admit that the US has made some mistakes in foreign policy. however if the Islamic world thinks it is going to gain world wide sympathy by blowing up innocent men women and children, or that I am going to feel anything but rage when I see firemen being killed by bodies falling from the sky, as a direct result of actions being taken out in the name of Allah, you are sadly mistaken.

Those that are asking for us to do everything in our power to avoid even accidentally saying anything remotely offensive to a person , or other group of people because they are prone to extreme violence if anyone dares criticize them, is only inviting more of the same.

It's interesting what you characterize as "raging." As I've said before, it seems your "opinions" are formed from reading Islamophobia sites. If you want to know "truth," try looking to more reputable sources.

Why would you characterize the entire Muslim world by the acts of a very small percentage of that Muslim world ? If 2 billion Muslims were truly bent on destroying your right to liberty and to exist peacefully in the world, you wouldn't even have time to post on the net - you'd be busy trying to survive.

Should we characterize Americans (or Christians, or Jews) by the small percent of violent doofuses among their ranks ? There are some in the world who do...

Furthermore, would you feel as if you and your way of life were under attack if a Muslim superpower came and invaded your country, toppled your government and destroyed your society, then tried to impose its own brand of government on you ? Would you feel any "hatred" ? Would you characterize Americans who fought back (say, small groups of militias, attacking symbols of the government of the foreign invaders) as "terrorists" ?

That's just it. As much as you would like to think it's a very small percentage it's not.

Muslim support for terrorist attacks against civilians:---

Jordan: 88% sometimes or rarely, 11% never

Lebanon: 58% sometimes or rarely, 33% never

Pakistan: 44% sometimes or rarely, 35% never

2nd Point--Are Idiots do not enjoy over 50 support in areas and are not crossing borders to slaughter thousands of innocent people. Westboro Baptist church is prime example. Despised by almost all Americans but harmless except to families of slain soldiers.

Yes if my country had been invaded i would be pissed also. However I would not be killing innocent men women and children to try and get world sympathy. That's insane.

At last check, Lybians overthrew their dictator with help from many including the US. Ditto for Egypt.

Right Side News ? Do you ever read anything that is not an Islamophobic hate site, or do you seek them out because they feed your own prejudices ?

As I said, try more reputable sources.

There was a civil war in Libya between two sides, one of which was aided by the U.S. and other foreign governments to topple the dictator.

There was not a civil war in Egypt. In contrast to Libya, the U.S. continued to back the dictator in Egypt against the will of the people, instead of helping the people overthrow him.

Wow! Almost pathological. Amazing how some people can see the same data, yet massage them to mean completely different things. Reading comprehension doesn't seem to be a requirement for fanatical haters living among us in the US, or living among the peace loving peoples of the Muslim world.

The figures are from the Pew research center and are accurate. I have no idea what the right side news is I just Googled it up.

They are just results of a poll by the Pew Center. Not sure what your point is.

Well then... what do these figures you've posted actually mean? What defines "sometimes" ? What defines "rarely" ? (And why are they lumped together ?)

What if the Muslim superpower that invaded your country said they killed your innocent women and children by accident, or said they were "collateral damage" ? Would you give them a pass ?

The RWN's would beg to differ on how much the US "backed the dictator" in the Egyptian revolution. I distinctly heard our President support the Egyptian people, hence the RWN's loud howls he failed to support our once staunch ally. You're correct pointing out it was not a civil war ala Lybia though, my second sentence was poorly worded. The US did a nice job in my opinion of not stepping in in Egypt so not sure what you're talking about.

What does what I posted have to do with RWNs and their claims ???

Tell me specifically what you are talking about. Regardless i would not blow up thousands of innocent men women and Kids. That does not help your cause in the eyes of the world.
