Already know the case number but does not have the physical file

Good day!

Me and my fiancé already received the noa2 a month ago, then 1 week ago we called the nvc and they told us about our case number but they said that they haven't send our case to the embassy in manila. Can we schedule for an interview already although we don't have the physical file yet? 

Can anyone help us regarding this matter?

i think phillipines, yes with only number (from what i have read here). many other consulates, no they must have file and record.

Yes, go ahead and pay the visa fee to the nearest BPI branch. Don't forget to print the deposit slip, bring your MNL # and valid passport. With your payment receipt, go ahead and schedule your interview appointment. Read the link below for further instructions. Good luck!

I have another question... i just read some article regarding the k1 visa..they said that they need the physical file for the case in order to have the medical exam, what if i dont have the physical file for my case, can i still have my medical exam? What should I bring then for my medical exam?

After you pay at BPI and go back to the website to SCHEDULE the appointment, when you select a date and get to the confirmation "Screen" Capture a "Print Screen" and then print that out and bring it to the Medical Exam at St Lukes. It is only a single page.
