I have to attach some sheets to Form I-129F, however, I don't know how to label the paper exactly. I did not see any example on the examples provided here http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

This is an example of what I have, but I don't know if it is correct. This is all on top of the page:

ATTACHMENT PAGE – FORM I-129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCE(E)

I-129F SUPPLEMENT: PART B. QUESTION 2: ADDRESS:

PETITIONER'S NAME:

PETITIONER'S ADDRESS:

PETITIONERS PHONE NUMBER:

PETITIONER’S SIGNATURE:

DATE: SEPTEMBER 10, 2012

**********************

Also, for example, Part B, question 2, the address is VERY long, I do not have enough space at all to fill it out. Do I just leave all those spaces blank, and put the address on a supplemental sheet? Or do I try to abbreviate the address as much as possible, and attach a separate sheet at the same time, with the FULL address on the separate sheet?

It seems kind of annoying, also, that for PART B, 3A, I don't even have enough space to put the country name, I am one letter short.

How should I do this?

Thank YOU!

***if you don't know what is the abbreviation of your country...just simple google it***

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

Attache seperate paper for names which won't fit, or additional sheets. Also sign and date these sheets (per instructions). I also included i-129F and my SSN on the suppliment, in case it is lost or floating around they could locate my file and know where it goes.

But, what exactly do I put on the form I-129F, if something does not fit? Do I write "SEE ATTACHED" in that space? OR what should I write in the space when I need to attach an extra sheet?

See this picture to see the form, about what I am asking:

See how I dont even have enough space to say "SEE ATTACHED" on some of those sections?

Where do the instructions say to date an sign these?

I'm just wondering where I missed them so that I can look over that entire document because if I missed one thing, who knows what else I missed.
