I was actually thinking the same thing. I think this had been a really good thread with lots of valid give and take discussion. No assumptions at all. If it has nothing to do wiht this thead then why discuss it here?

Because the question was asked here?

Which would leave one to assume its related to this thead, no?

OK whatever I'll remember not to post anymore OR PM you or Sarah to make sure my posts are approved first

haha dont' worry about VP.

OMG are you kidding me? Is noone allowed to ask questions about your posts? If you are gonna post and I or anyone has a question then we can ask, the same thing you and everyone else does. Why is it that when it me or Sarah that asks it becomes a big deal? Give me a break!

I would like to say I can agree with much of what you said, szsz. Moh and I have had a relationship for 3 years now and I know the level of sacrifice he makes for me. It disappoints me a bit that people are so fast to pull a negative judgement with people who have met and maintained a long distance relationship online. I think there are just as many legitimate relationships this way as their are frauds. This type of relationship does afford a couple to concentrate more on their emotional and intellectual relationship and that's what really counts years down the road. You have to learn to communicate or the LDR will crumble pretty fast.

I'm sorry but I think that even if you have had 3 years of an internet relationship that your relationship can only go so far. There is a huge difference between talkign to someone on the phone and living with them, sharing a room, going places together, etc.

Not everyone here chooses to shack up with our SO's before marriage to 'test drive them' :star:

Ok you obviously have a chip on your shoulder for everything that Sarah or I say. But how did you get to the conclusion that it was before or after marriage? Or was that another cheap shot?

You have been married before right? Just from that experience alone you would know that things change when you finally live with the man. I dated my ex for 5 years and he was soooo different when we lived together, unbearable actually.

I don't obviously have anything on my shoulder nor do I care what you post.... I'm just commenting on a post... did you not just school me on forum etiquette and my right to do that?

She said "dating" or knowing someone over the internet wasn't enough to know them before marrying them... you need to live with them etc... that makes me assume we're talking about before the marriage.

That's not being very nice to Jean.

Why drag someone else into it? It was your comment I replied to.

I am only responding to your posts right now because no one else has responded... if you haven't been here all day then how could I have commented on the posts you just made before now?

If "shacking up" is bad, then I don't wanna be good. I know there are those who disapprove, but I wouldn't have had it any other way.
