Hello all,

I filed my AoS paperwork back in February as you can see from my timeline in my signature.

I've been waiting to hear a peep since March 20th, after it was transferred to the CSC, but unfortunately I've not seen any updates.

It's now been over 6 months from the date of filing, is there anything I can do to speed things along a little?

I've had a couple of bumps in the road in getting my learners permit, twice I've had to wait for the DMV to verify my status and each time it's taken over two weeks. Could this be indicative of issues with my paperwork? What is the SAVE system they talk about?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm getting quite upset with the incessant waiting for something to happen.

Thank you

I might be confused or missing something but your signature says that you got married on April 6th but sent in your AOS on Feb 17th. To adjust status from a K-1 visa you must be married prior to AOS. So if your signature is correct that is likely a problem.

I filed last February too and transferred same date as yours and yesterday my status was on card production. I hope yours will be there pretty soon.

Hang in there and keep waiting. There were some earlier threads here for people who had submitted their AOS materials in December and January, and it seems like a lot of those people just started getting their green cards very recently. My wife sent in her application in December, it was transferred to the CSC in late January, and we just got our approval notice about a week ago. So it took about 9 months for us. Good luck!
