Good Afternoon,

Your inquiry indicates that the approved petition has been forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. The NVC has not yet received this petition from CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services).

Please allow 90 days for NVC to receive the petition and enter it into our computer system. Upon completion of this process, the appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition.

Regards,

National Visa Center

There is no reason to worry. It is a typical NVC response. In reality, it takes lot less than 90 days for them to receive the approved petition and enter it into their computer system.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Yeah, before they'd say 2 to 4 weeks because petitions rarely took a week. Now that cases are routinely going a month, they go to the 90 day card. Mine was five weeks before they finally received it.

Don't be worried or stressed out it is taking about 5 weeks for people to get NVC case numbers and for the CSC to ship your case to the NVC.

It took four weeks till my case got to the NVC from the CSC, and then another week before I got a NVC Case number, and about 48hrs later my case left the NVC.

Just relax you've only been waiting about 2.5 weeks, and as said earlier the CSC shipping department is again waiting for a bulk amount of approved case before shipping anymore out to the NVC.

Hello Huan,

It's a defeault email... If you send them an email saying "good motning, how are you?" they will send back the same email to you...

My case took 3 months to get off NVC, they lost my papers (so organized....) and with me, there were 3 or 4 people in the same situation... (april)

From space they sent my papers to the embassy in the beginning of august.

Anyways, someone really smart at nvc didnt do his/her job and they lost my papers and from space they found... Its one thing that i really would like to understand.

But im looking around and its taking now 1 month to be processed and everything, you'll be fine!!

Fingers crossed, forever.

Praying for you guys, best wishes from Brasil (yes, with S :P )

Thank you all. You guy helped me feel much better.

Visa Approved!

Removal of Conditions

21/03 - VSC Received it

24/03 - NOA 1

27/03 - Check Cashed

08/04 - Biometrics received
