do you have your NOA2 already? if you have it then you can schedule your visa interview online...if you don't have it yet,you need to wait til you received it on the mail....then make an appointment..if they told you that they are going to send you a k-packet then try to wait....but for me,it took forever...I didn't received it.

EDIT - aah, it's via http://www.ustraveldocs.com unfortunately it's not for us Merryjay.

As far as I know, the Consulate in Amsterdam will receive the package from the NVC and will send you packet 3, which you can already arrange at http://amsterdam.usconsulate.gov/iv_k1_pkt3.html

Once you mail package 3 back to the Consulate you'll receive a phone call and email about package 4 with medical app. and an interview date. Get ready for an interview date between October 10th-20th.

We're almost there, finally!!
