I just got off the phone and my case has been completed at NVC. Was told to wait for the interview schedule. Yay!

Did you find out if your case has been completed?

I assume the department that reviews packet IV are busy scheduling interviews for the people whose cases got completed in late July and August. I hope next week is ours.

Did you find out if your case has been completed?

I got RFE for form DS-230 question 30. My husband will be sending the new form today in overnight mail and NVC should receive it on 19th Sep. Then again the wait game will start for getting the packet IV accepted and completing the case.

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

Hi KPatel,

Any news with your DS230 new packet? Did NVC recieve it? I think they might not send the 'recieved' mail right away but did you get a confirmation via mail tracking or by phone? I was reading your threads and was curious. hope u get 'case complete' mail this month itself so we all (I only noticed pgupta n you) get the Mumbai-November interview good news by October first half. I wish Interview was by October but I see lot of VJ'ers stating October interviews are full/complete.

On the same boat as K Patel -got checklist for question 30 as well and waiting for NVC to finish review and complete my case. FedEx delivered new IV pack last Thurs good luck to us

NVC received your new packet IV on 20th Sep?

FedEx delivered to NVC sept 20 but when I called them Thurs and Friday they could not confirm receiving it yet, gave me the usual allow for 20 days for review. This wait is getting to be frustrating. I plan to call again this week

They will no be able to confirm receiving until its reviewed and accepted. I will call today to find out the status.

I will call them on Friday thats 8 days since delivery hope this time it's positive

In my case it was an upgrade from F2A to IR-1 and they informed via mail that it was under review a week after my request and then the next week they sent a case complete mail. So thats a 2 weeks process for me once they recieved documents so although they say 20 days it will be completed whithin 2 weeks time. Dont worry it will all be done soon. So taking your case, its just the evidence document they need to review so it should be faster. NVC agents also have records of call conversations so when they notice we are frequent callers requesting same clarifications some of them really sound rude. take care my friend!
