I called today and they haven't reviewed my IV package. NVC received it Sept. 10. They reviewed my AOS in 4 days only though.

I called today and they haven't reviewed my IV package. NVC received it Sept. 10. They reviewed my AOS in 4 days only though.

I assume the department that reviews packet IV are busy scheduling interviews for the people whose cases got completed in late July and August. I hope next week is ours.

USCIS:

12/06/2011 - Married

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

08/31/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)

09/04/2012 - NVC received both packets (due to weekend & labor day holiday)

09/11/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

09/17/2012 - RFE for DS-230 ques 30

I assume the department that reviews packet IV are busy scheduling interviews for the people whose cases got completed in late July and August. I hope next week is ours.

my AOS and IV Documents were received by NVC on last Friday 9/7, i hope they will review atleast one today.

Why is mine taking sooooo long. Took a long time to get an approval at USCIS and then now it's taking a long time to get an approval at NVC.

I got my Case Complete Today, Thank Lord. Please assign me interview date soon. :dance::dance::dance:

I called today, they haven't processed it yet. I don't understand why people whose packets were received after ours get their case completed first before us. Maybe ours were assigned to a lazy agent? Or went on leave?:crying: I pray you get yours soon. I can't imagine being away from my husband for more than a week.

We have the same date when NVC received our papers. But til today they still tell us they haven't received it yet and it takes 20days to review. :(

Fortunately, My documents were reviewed and case completed on Friday 09/14, now waiting for Mumbai Interview Date. Hopefully all of you remaining will get case complete soon. :thumbs:

Yeah, I am the unlucky one that they have still not reviewed my case. I needed an interview date before 15th November and now it seems impossible to get one before that. NVC is going to ruin my entire plan and seems I will get late November or early December interview date. Also, Mumbai consulate is enjoying 4 holidays in the month of November.
