NVC received my AOS and packet IV on 4th September. Any idea when the case will be completed? How many days it usually takes to accept both the packets and complete the case?

USCIS:

12/06/2011 - Married

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

08/31/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)

09/04/2012 - NVC received both packets (due to weekend & labor day holiday)

u should call NVC, it should have been reviewed by now.

I called them an hour ago and they gave me the standard answer that its not reviewed yet and give us 20 working days, 4 weeks to review the packets. I am calling NVC twice a day since last 2 days, but I am getting the same reply. I thought today they should get reviewed but no luck. Will call them tonight again to find incase of any updates. I have been following few other people's timelines and most of them get both packets reviewed in 5-8 days. Today for me is the 8th day.

Hey same with me they received AOS on 31st and IV packet on 7th......still no reply

Although I noticed most people's packets get reviewed within 10 days we've been stuck at this stage since August 27th. I don't know how much more of this I can stand. And all we keep hearing is "Please allow 20 business days for review" URGH!

Today is the 9th day since NVC received my packet IV and they have not y et reviewed it. I have been calling them twice a day (start & end of the day) to know if they have reviewed and completed the case. Any idea how many days its currently taking to get the case completed after they receive the packet IV (assuming no checklist will be issued)?

It seems like NVC is very busy. A month ago, you'll get a response from an email within 5 days. They process AOS/IV package within 5 days. They schedule your interview about a week or two after case complete. But lots of people have been waiting for interview whose case complete is from August and reviewing IV package has been taking longer these days as well.

NVC received my AOS and packet IV on 4th September. AOS was reviewed and accepted on 11th Sep, packet IV is not yet reviewed and today I got a checklist asking them to send them packet IV. Please help!!!

Is this a fake checklist, as they have not reviewed tha packet yet?

yes sounds like its false checklist, bec they haven't reviewed it yet.

This happened to me about AOS..i got AOS false checklist, bec they didn't review at that time.
