That is the correct phone # for NVC: 603-334-0700. They are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time). Or the automated system is available 24/7. To speak with a customer service rep, you’ll need your NVC Case Number or USCIS receipt number, the applicant’s name and date of birth, and the petitioner’s name and date of birth. They might be really busy during certain times of the day. I would just keep calling and if it’s busy, hang up and call right back til you get through. I'm not aware of any other phone # for the NVC.

This is correct. I just tried calling twice in a row and the first time it was busy. I hung up, redialed, and immediately got through to NVC. Keep on trying. You'll have to continue trying quickly though.

There is no Automated system is dead. That was deactivated way back in March.

You need to call until you get through if you ever want to get your case# anytime soon. Even though you will get eventually in mail. First thing in morning or late at night is best. But just keep calling we all go through the busy be persistant. Man no way I be waiting a month nit knowing whats up.

They are just obnoxiously slow. It takes 2+ weeks to enter the case into their system and generate the case number after they receive it. Then it takes another few weeks to actually generate the AOS invoice and choice of agent form. It's been over a month for me and I still haven't received anything.

I got my case number by phone weeks ago. I called today and was told that they have sent the 3032 but apparently a few hours before they actually generated the AOS.

Argh! I called yesterday, got hung up on the first time & the second time the guy was more nice, but STILL told me that my fiance's birthdate I gave is wrong. I was like; "That's funny, since the only source you have for his birthdate is the application I have a photo-copy of in front of me & BOTH forms show the same DOB I'm giving". Apparently someone entered it in wrong, so I have to prove the CORRECT DOB, even though what I said & what's in ALL of their paperwork is correct... but I have to correct THEIR mistake... argh!

I keep confusing my wife's birhtday. Is it the 15th or is it the 16Th? Though with the time difference it is a legitimate question.

Ha! I can see that being a problem. But in this case, there is no time difference (one hour from Haiti to CST), and it was their mistake...
