I am moments away of sending my fiancee the I-134 and the supporting documents. Since the package 3 is for her... do I need to send her anything other than the I-134? I mean like my original birth certificate, original divorce papers etc... ?

Has anyone ever gotten asked for the originals of the documents submitted with the 129F at an interview?

Thanks... Just wondering if I need to get quick certified copies made.

I am sure the overwhelming answer will be no they have not been asked. The CO however is not precluded from asking.

YMMV

When I sent the I-134 to David, I also sent him all of the NOAs and a complete copy of the I-129F paperwork. Since I wasn't planning to be at the interview, I also wrote (and had notarized) and updated letter of intent.

He wound up not needing the copies of things that I sent, but I wasn't going to take any chances...

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
