Hello Everybody,

I have a quick question. Sent in AOS forms I-130,I485,I765 on 09/05/12, it was there on the 09/07/2012 but I haven't received any notifications via text. The cheques seem to have been cashed too. Is this normal :S I get a feeling the whole thing is going to be sent back but that's just my over worrying nature -.-

Well I just assumed I would get some verification of the parcel being received, especially since the cheques have been cashed.

Guess I just have to be patient. Thanks : )

Most likely the receipts were mailed since they cashed your checks. Did you fill out G-1145 form? Also their notification system doesn't always do what its suppose to do. Just wait a few more days.

It takes some time. Especially for the snail mail NOA1's, at least from my experience. I am sure they wouldn't have cashed your checks if they were sending it all back!!

Yeah I did. I just read a few peoples time lines on here and saw that people received some sort of notification before there cheques were cashed.

I am sort of surprised of not getting the electronic notification already...I sent mine in on the 4th of September, they've got it on the 7th and that same day I've got the electronic message that they got it, and that same day I saw on my account that they already shortened me by cashing out my cheques...I wonder why you never got the electronic message....maybe you mistyped your email/cell phone number? o.O Either way, GOOD LUCK! By the way, I haven't gotten the hard copies of the notifications either yet...seems we, two of us, are started on the same timeline, so race begins...one, two, and three! Just kidding! Seriously, all the best!

I was thinking maybe I mistyped on the forms but I checked the form and it all seems okay. I wrote down both my email and phone number.

I hope it all goes through. I also don't know my parents DOB and have no contact with them.. I'm thinking this is going to cause issues too :S
