Ok so we have the letter from London Embassy asking us to mail the immigration forms. Do I need to submit 2 x DS-156 AND 2 x DS - 157?

Its DS - 157K I don't sign right?

I won't be sending off the readiness form 2001 until I have my overseas and UK police check. Does it matter I am submitting things at different times?

Can I chose when I have the medical. Was hoping to have it around October/November. Our NOA2 will expire Dec 15th.

I am currently with my fiance on holiday in the states and have completed all the necessary forms. Is it advisable to just get these mailed off ASAP? And the affidavit of support isnt required until interview, is this correct?

Sorry for the amount of questions, I am starting to feel the pressure of all this now.

Yes and the other two forms DS-230-Part 1 and DS-156K

There's no place to sign it, so correct. BUT it's the DS-156k that you wait and sign in front of the officer. If you read it, there's an oath you sign and a place for the officer to sign that he witnessed you signing the oath.

Doesn't matter. That's their actual intention but some send with the other forms.

Yes, ring them to make an appointment.

Yes, mail now. Yes, affidavit of support goes to interview. Only those forms are mailed with no pictures or evidence attached. Everything else gets taken to the interview.

thanks for clearing those things up for me. So now I can concentrate on getting my police checks, mailing off these forms when I'm home, and getting my fiance started on his affidavit - it looks fairly straight forward that one I suppose. He has his transcripts. I will call Knightsbridge when I get home too.... exciting!

Thanks!
