What's next if PD becomes current?

My PD is may 26,2010 for f2a, it barely made the cut so I was just wondering when I should expect any news on interview or when interview should be set.

I ask this because I see people even when PD is current, they still have not gotten interviews. Maybe an insight on Manila Embassy or any embassy on whether they give the interview the SAME MONTH your VB becomes current. Like if October is the month my VB is current, should I expect an October interview?
