Question:

What do you think sending visiting visa for my wife to attend my graduation ceremony (University is going to send the letter) while her F2A is pending ? I am sure she will get interview in either jan/feb of 2013. Do you guys think i shouldn't go for visiting visa? Please share your thoughts

you can give it a try.Though the chances of getting a B1/B2 are very less..She cud evn have problem at Port of entry.Coz visiting visa should not have any immigration intent.

Yes maharukh i am calling every day nvc they are singing very beautiful song of wlliam words words that no visa number available for your case at this time you have to wait till your pd become currents we are working on septemeber which may 08 ok kashj i will check this post

Thanks kashj i checked it yes she is senior member of this forum and we can trust on her. Her husband got IL FOR october and pd is 24 may and his interview scheduled on October 30 and sent on sept 13 i hope i will get it later today or may be next week

Hi vj family, Please advice on affidavit of support. My case is already completed and wating to be cutrent , but I made less income in 2011 which fell below poverty line, and I have to provide the 2011 tax transcript during interview. Do I need to complet new affidavit form with co-sponser Or just need a co-sponser to complet it alone. Your feedback on this subject would be highly appreciated.

No sony nothing yet still waiting for IL and since three days nvc operator reading john Milton and William word poetry no visa number is available for your case wait to become current we are working on may 08 2010 for September. Nvc is a spy and unpredictable office

OK come on guys let me announce by the grace and blessing of ALL MIGHTY ALLAH my wife has been scdedual for an interview on october 24 8 am still i am waitng of email which did not come in my mail box but a very nice nvc operator has informed me she has been schedual for october 24 at 8 am in the morning islamabad pakistan thanks for all of those thy pray for me

Wow Finally!

Great news brother, can you please let us know the experience. Plus i heard ISB Embassy give hard time to Male candidates not sure whether its true or not. Plus i have sent my KMC birth certificate original to NVC do i need to get NADRA birth certificate at the time of interview?
