can u make sure with your friend got I/L ? his/her Pd is Aug 2010 ?

Hi guys, I was just wondering in what order do they send out Interview Letters? I mean is it by PD, alphabetical name, or by ascending Case No? Since my sister and I are under the same priority date so how come she already has her Interview Letter and I don't.

I am so happy for those who have gotten I/L!!! I'm crying tears of joy right now to know that those of us with PD 2010,our journey can end this year. Let's keep positive and hopeful that PD reaches August/Sept 2010 for this VB. Thank you Jesus!!!!

Hi guys need asnswer ASAP my my file for my brother and my mom has green card and and right know she live with my brother in India and somebody told us she has to be live in US other wise thay not going to give my borther visa is it true? I m so worried right know .

Yes it's true. They may ask u to prove your mom lives in USA ... Same thing happened to my cousin and my untie had to come to USA and take pictures with one of newspaper with a current date on it (Los Angeles times) and my cousin took the picture to embassy !! They want to see some sort of evidence they shows your my is a truly us resident...
