I think its possible to see 15AUG2010 on your preference its 2/5 months its possible ... new supply 2nd month of new FY 2013 everything is possible . Nobody can know ! And be pozitive ... Good Luck God Bless You and Everyone Here.

[/qu my friend their could be two reason one your friend playing with feeling of member you are not awar it and 2nd it would be august 2010 its also impossible if he or she has category cri because whom file in august 2012 its just one month passed and uscis cant process In only one month once its approved by uscis which usually take 4 month and it almost take 3 to 4 month in nvc from the date when nvc received it and it also depend how quick and right steps you have taken or responded on request of nvc required documents
