Hello! I am new to this forum! and the reason why i joined it is just to let everyone know that we are all in the same boat and we need to support each other.

I also have a question. my pd is oct 3,2010, category f2A, but i have a tourist visa and everytime i have a chance from school and work, i go visit my husband. but my question is, now that we are so close of finally reaching out pd, can i go visit my husband and if i reach my pd once i am there, can i just file for AOS: is it possible

please let me know.

you cud apply AOS ..it's easy interview and you can get EAD immediately along with AOS.

I called the Embassy today officer said you are very near now cause of begening of new fiscal year next week it can be expected some acceptable movements for familybased categories like your's fb-2 . its good news i think

quick question

mu husband paid AOS n IV processing fee n its been charged to bank already.

but we havent received anything from nvc, are we suppose to receive e-mail or do we just go ahead and send AOS?

any help will be much appreciated.

Hi guys, I am also a new member here, I have very strange question: Why nvc sends a ds 3032 which tells that your visa will become available within 9 months, but in fact it's not true, I know some people been waiting for over a year after they recieve ds 3032. In my situation my pd is 20/jan/11, I recieved my ds 3032 on march of this year, I don't think that my pd will be available on december. Can you explain it to me please.

weird but insha allah that is going to be true and visa bulletin makes a BIG jump

Today is the end of this running working day no news for interview letter it mean IL will be after the visa bulletion publish the are goign to follow the last month pattern. My prediction for nov is july 1st to july 8th
