Most visa applicants in Mexico are required to visit an Applicant Service Center (ASC) prior to their consular section interview. The ASC staff collects the applicant's biometric information that will be reviewed by the consular section prior to the applicant's interview. The ASCs are located in buildings separate from the U.S. Embassy and Consulates. For more information go to

http://mexico.usvisa-info.com

On this site you will also be able to fill out the newly required e-form DS-260, choose a DHL pickup location, and pay your MRV fee.

Find the DS-260 off the USCIS website. Or just google it and you will find the official site to fill it out online.

You do not call the consulate to schedule an interview. You can do it online or calling NVC to schedule the interview. First fill out Ds-260 and pay the fee. Then go schedule your interview and ASC usong that web address. Read the tab on the upper left of the Mexico forum that says Jaurez consulate info read this info as many times as it takes to clearly understand what it means http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Mexico&cty=Juarez

If you truely need that much help. I will take thd time and try to write you a more detailed walk through just let me know. I did it last month so I know it wasnt hard. It just took some time. Also lnow that the DS-260 ask fir more back ground info. Take a look at what they are asking. You may need sometime to gather all the correct info.

Its really easy. It is just confusing. Trust me it was a lot of work figuring it out.

You say your fiance did not get 'packet 3', but then you say he did get the invitation letter. That letter is all you get from the consulate. That letter IS 'packet 3'. As for the appointment letter, you need the confirmation from the DS-260 and confirmation from scheduling your ASC appointment. There is no appointment for the medical. You show up early at the clinic and wait in line. You just need to plan out the scheduling of the ASC appointment and interview so that you can also fit going and getting the medical done in there before the interview. If you read the reviews, you will see people state they planned it out so they arrived in Juarez and then had their ASC appointment first, then the next day they went to their medical, then the day after that was when their interview was scheduled. Some do the medical and then the ASC. It doesn't matter which one you do first. You just need to plan so those get done before your interview.

You really need to slow down, read, and process the instructions from this link:http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/packetk1may.pdf
