i think it depends on the interviewer if the age gap is 10yrs or more maybe they will ask you so many questions.

Age gap wont really be too much of an issue as long as you can prove the genuineness of your relationship..me and my fiance (now my husband has a 14 years gap..tho I am already mid 30's and he is late 40's). I wasn't really asked a lot of questions..and every question asked I was able to answer with confidence and straightforward. Plus I think it helps if you have known your petitioner for a long time..me and my husband had known each other for about 8 years before he decided to do the K1. i wasnt even ask by the CO to provide a lot of evidences..she only scanned our pictures and looked at important documents..like the Tax returns and etc.

Age should not be a problem. The real problem is if you couldn't show proof that your marriage was a result of a genuine love-relationship. Your every action to the interviewer's question on your rerlationship would be duly noted (oobserbahan ka ng husto!!). So be ready to answer questions like "do you really love your husband?", "what do you like most in him?", etc. Reactions to these questions are very important on a psychological point of view. So practice thoroughly!!!..

Can i bring my husband on the said interview?

Yes, it helps if you could bring him. But, don't worry --you will be fine. Just be ready to answer the questions during the interview with evidence of genuine relationship. I have a co-worker, his daughter was only 22 and the man was I think like 60 when they got approved of CR-1 visa. Good luck!

Can i bring my husband on the said interview?

Yes you can bring him.. From my understanding what they will look at is if your husband is well into his later life with not much fiancial income or investments. Example is if your husband was receiving social security only with no other source of income and he only meets the minimum 125% poverty guidelines then yes I would say you could be denied as the USA would be concerned about you coming here and your husband not living many more years (God forbid) thus you becoming a part of our welfare system. You mentioned pre-nup,,,, so me here at the 50,000 foot level looking in with no data, I would ask what plans are in place in the event he passes. I don't mean to be the one that brings you down from the other replies, however I believe common sense prevails on age gaps. I am 46, my fiancee is 24. My friend has a filipina wife and they were approved at 29 year age gap he being 59 to her 30 at the time. He was earning about 80k annually.

Good luck
