hi everyone! I am back...as you can see on my signature timeline, I applied for AOS almost a year ago. I have received it last April with incorrect date on "Resident since" and "Expiration Date". instead of 2012 and 2014, the dates were 2017 and 2019, respectively. I had my biometrics 2 months ago. my case is in Nebraska Service Center, I don't know why but it's as slow as CSC. last time I checked the processing time for I-90(initial replacement) was 3 1/2 months. I just checked it now and it says March 2012. I called a few weeks ago, several times to get a tier 2 officer because I want to know what's going on but the tier 1 agents keep telling me it's within processing times. I just want to know if anyone else experienced this? After a long wait from CSC, I get my GC only to find out it's wrong...now I still wait because of someone else's mistake. I got the temporary stamp on the passport, but I don't know what to do at this point. If I should wait (without a clear processing time) or if I should get another infopass appointment.

again, thanks in advance!

If the Infopass proves to be less than satisfactory, you could always approach your Senator or Congressman's office and ask them if they can assist you in getting it processed faster. They may or may not be able to help, but it is something you can try.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
