NOA2 August 13, received case no and IIN August 30th, when I logged into the payment portal, it is still AOS not invoiced. Has anyone experience such delay. I am beginning to get worried.

You and I have Identical Dates.. I wont call them being that I will receive their Automated Response "15 to 20 Days". However with that being said, I will call them tomorrow..

I called nvc and was told to wait between 10 to 20 days.

Really tired of same information. No need to call as long as they have your email and other information. They will give same answer over again

All you can do is wait at this point, because Operators won't take any action until you go beyond their stereotyped window time frame of 10 to 15 business days.

Did u already email your DS-3032 so they can accept and invoice your IV BILL. That is what you can be doing while waiting. Most email it the day they get case # to get that all out the way.

Did u already email your DS-3032 so they can accept and invoice your IV BILL. That is what you can be doing while waiting. Most email it the day they get case # to get that all out the way.

I just receive a reply email to my DS-3032 advising They are not ready to add a third party at this time. :hehe::blink:

Guess still gotta wait...

NOA2 August 13, Case number on August 28.

STILL no AOS invoice.

Wife got a 'rejection' email in response to the DS-3032 today (two weeks later) - apparently it was too early to send it. So we'll send it again today and hopefully we don't have to wat ANOTHER two weeks for a response.

Frustrating.

7/30/12: I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox

8/01/12: NOA1

8/13/12: NOA2! (USC living abroad)

8/28/12: Case # issued

8/31/12: DS-3032 email sent

9/11/12: DS-3032 email rejected, re-sent

9/13/12: AOS invoice received, paid

9/19/12: AOS package sent

9/21/12: AOS package delivered

9/21/12: DS-3032 email accepted

9/24/12: IV Invoice received, paid

9/25/12: IV Package sent from Thailand

Got our case number aug 31, and i sent the ds 3032 thru email right away...have'nt get any reply, hope they will accept it.
