Welcome to the forum.

Consider reviewing the "Yes, you can visit!" stickie located at the top of this form page for useful information.

Good luck on your visa journey.

If she holds a British passport she can go on visa waiver. If she needs a B2 visitor visa, that will be hard to get. Many are denied because they have already got a a k1 pending at the same embassy and maybe don't have significant ties to show they will return to the UK simce they are immigrating. I'm not saying visa waiver would be difficult at the US entry, but getting London to issue a B2 visa might be hard.

She has previously gotten a visitor visa when she came last in October.. Is that b2 or regular visa? Can she still come on that since its good for a year or so?

B2 is an official visitor visa you apply for, pay for, and interview for. It's stuck in rhe passport. If it is valid and not expired, she can travel on it. No clue what you mean by regular visa. They all have a number and purpose.

Most UK passport holders travel with no visa. That's visa waiver or VWP. They fill out an online ESTA form for pre-registration before travel to the US. I don't know what she has...an actual visa or if she travels on visa waiver. Ask her since you don't know either.

My point was if she was applying today for a brand new B2 visitor visa, they may not issue it and it takes some time to get.

She traveled last time on the visa waiver...

Then she can travel again on it. If she has her ESTA number she can provide that same one again. If she can't find it, she can register for ESTA anew.

It just puts her details in and where she is going. With her previous number she can get into her info online and update her new travel plans. They don't have to let her in if they suspect she does not plan to return to the UK so a return ticket, something showing she still has a house and job in the UK is advised. And giving a good reason, like we are going to Disneyland, or my cousins wedding shows she's there as a tourist and not intending to remain forever. Be honest and calm and they should believe your reason for her short visit.
