Hi! I met a friend thru a hispanic forum, she got her interview yesterday and visa K1 was denied. They did not give explanation, gave instructions to wait for a letter within 4 weeks instead. This Girl wants to extend the 129F.. does someone know the how to..?? where? when? Please!

She can go back to the Embassy with proof of relationship.. That is what happened. She need photos, phone records and if he is willing to go to there with her.. This will be enough to get her visa.. She needs to find proof of evidence

Your post makes no sense. Was she denied a visa or has her time to obtain a visa expired?

What do you mean by "denied"? How do you know it was denied? Was she given any documentation that said so? If so, what was the reason given?

You need to supply much more information than you're providing so that a person can offer up some advice.

Indeed..are you CERTAIN they said denied or are they making further background checks on her? (which is not a denial)

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received
