Timeline

Hi all I filed the I130 for my spouse hes entered legally etc ..OKay thats still pending.Okay for the Affidavit of support what papers do I have to show(tax returns etc) can we include his tax returns also as part of our income .Yes he has worked and paid taxes even got refunds from DC and the IRS can we include his income in the affidavit of support ? Help needed :-)

No you can't include his tax return and pay stubs. Person can't support himself, so you would need to qualify as a sponsor, if your income is not sufficient you will need to find a co-sponsor.

are you sure?

from I-864 instructions clearly state on page 2 that intending immigrant's income is acceptable. The same is said for the assets as well.
