CALL LOGS

Dear VJ members,

i want to know how many months given to you folks who requested for call logs from your network providers,

I went to my network provider and they said they can only provide me with 6 months of my call log and i want to know with all those who had theirs wherethere its normal

It all depends on what and where you're requesting it from.

When you say "call logs", HOW did you call?

A) Did you call your fiance(e) directly from your phone?

B) Did you use a phone card, wherein you dial a local access number, enter phone card pin, and then dial your fiance(e)'s number?

For (A) you'd have to call your phone service provider and make due with what info they can give you. For (B) you'd likely have to call the phone card provider and be at their mercy, because the only numbers that would show up at your phone service provider are the access numbers for these phone cards.

I think the (A) group is the better group, and your phone service provider SHOULD be able to get you more than 6 months' records. Ask to talk to a manager or something and make a big deal out of it and see what you can get. I myself was in the (B) group, and the problem was that I used 2-3 different kinds of cards over the course of 8 months too. ONE card was able to give me the entire history. The others told me they could only go back one month, and I had not used those cards for more than a month so I had nothing from them.
