Definitely don't send in anything at this point until it's requested. Unlikely it'll get linked to your petition and probably will just confuse everyone. Just wait and see what happens. Sounds like enough evidence to me, and then have everything else at the interview.

Is there stuff we can start preparing for the next step of the journey in this visa process?

Like forms we need to gather together or are those things actually sent to us by USCIS/NVC/London Embassy?

Don't send anything unless you get an RFE.

You do not need ANY evidence of relationship for the I-129f. NONE. You ONLY need to prove you have met at least ONE TIME in the previous two years. You did that with her boarding passes. You should be fine
