Biometric Fee Deficiency

Hi, I am new here and I feel helpless about my status adjustment.

I filled all the necessary documents after get married, unfortunately I forgot to include the payment for biometric fee. The USCIS website update mentioned that they have sent me the notice of action on July 10 but I haven't received any until today. I have called the USCIS , emailed the chicago lockbox but nothing is helping at all. I got married in the 30 days period but my form I-94 and K1-visa has been expired now in the meantime of waiting for all this adjustment.

I have no idea where to send the necessary payment , who to contact , any late charge or deficiency fee charge and I wonder if there any form i have to fill up for this. I am just helpless.

I would appreciate if anybody can help me on this.Thank you so much.

If I were you, I would find out where my nearest USICS office is and come in person so that I can speak to someone about my case.

You need to wait for the mail to be delivered to you with instructions. Edit:

Oh, July 10 and you are just asking about it today? You need to call USCIS and ask them about your case sttus, and get them to resend the letter. Your package was probably rejected outright. Ask for a Tier 2 person.

I called the USCIS once I saw the notice from the Internet, they told me to wait till I got the notice..I wait but did not receive anything, call again but still the same ask me to wait. went to the USCIS office and told me the same thing to wait. I called the USCIS again and finally the send me a letter that they can help anything and told me to contact the chicago lockbox. Have been calling , email but still no answer. I am tired of waiting.

Call them again that it has been more than 30 days and you have not receive any notice of action? They probably sent it to wrong address, They sent ours with different house number but i'm glad that the mail delivery person know my name and delivered it to my mailbox.
