Does anyone know which USCIS CENTER to send my packet i'm from OKLAHOMA CITY..PLS. HELP...IM CONFUSED..TNX!

Please read the I-129F instructions. It tells you where to mail your petition. If you missed that you may have missed other things as well. The guide here on VJ is also very helpful to follow.

If you are applying for an I-129F, if not read the instructions for the packet you are filling out. If we don't know what Visa you are applying for we cannot give very good advice.

Yes, everyone sends the I-129F petition to the Dallas lockbox address listed in the form instructions. From that intake facility, the petitions are sent out either to Vermont or California.

That is correct. I tried to send mine to VSC last February and it was sent to the Texas lockbox and then they sent it to VSC. So you are not saving time by sending it directly to either Vermont or California.

NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13
