If marriage was terminated by Annulment Decree, do we need to bring CEMAR with finality papers from the court?

You wife will apply for a CENOMAR at NSO (one always applies for CENOMAR), the will issue a CEMAR (CR-5 I believe is the form number) showing she is married.

You are a USC the embassy will want a copy of your divorce decree.

Great, thanks everyone! We got the Annotated MC from NSO when he updated his status after it was discharged, docs from the court and civil registry already. I just didn't realize that we still have to get the Adivisory on Marriages as well.

Yes, Psychological Incapacitation was the ground for annulment.

Ok so apply for CENOMAR but I'll get CRS Form 5. Advisory on Marriages right instead of the CRS Form 4 Certificate of No Marriage for invidivuals who were never been married? http://static-forums.visajourney.com/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/blush.gif
