Hi everyone! I'm new here :)

Well...my fiance just sent out our K1 package yesterday(9am ish, Sep 8th Cali time), when I thought we did everything perfectly I realized that 1145 form is supposed to be on the top of all the other forms...but we put ours in the middle of the others...

I don't think it will be an issue but I just wanted to make sure...

Has anyone here ever been through the same experience? and still got NOAs by texts/Emails from them?

It prolly sounds a bit silly but anyways thanks in advance. :)

I can't say that you would or would not get text/email notification. However, the form is supposed to be on top as the first thing seen by USCIS. If texts/emails were to be given, it is basically the first form of contact made by USCIS to the petitioner. This means that it is given before the petition even comes apart. You say the form is "in the middle" of everything else? That means it could be anywhere within the package, correct? My guess is that you probably will not receive any text/email upon receipt of the package. However, once you receive your NOA1 letter, you will have your receipt number. You can then register your receipt number with USCIS "My Case Status" to keep track of the status of your petition. From the account dashboard, you can opt in to receive texts/emails on any updates from that point on once your number is registered.

 Agreed. It is no fun at all, but it does go by faster than you think if you just keep yourself busy and occupied.
