I'm no expert. But I think for you, there should be no problem (being an USC.)

As for your parents, they will most likely have to travel on a visitor's visa. Meaning they would have to travel back in forth until you can secure a place to live, a possible job, and file for residency for them. I am certain you will need a co-sponsor for the affidavit of support--so I would start by researching the ways your parents can get a visitor's visa, securing a co-sponsor, and file a "Petition for Alien Relative" for your parents. Form I-130 and any other supporting documents.

To see a more detailed journey schedule, please see the About Me page and my Timeline.

You need to learn about establishing US residency for yourself, and then petition for your parents.

Without a US income, you will need to secure a joint financial sponsor for your parents. That can be any green card holder or US citizen.

You would need to establish a US domicile (legal US resident) to file for your parents.

Family based immigration is about reuniting families. There is no reason to grant immigration visas to your parents if you are living abroad. You need a US resident. The reason to grant visas to your parents would be to reunite them with you in the US. You will need a US domicile to petition for them.

You will need a Joint Sponsor who is willing to financially reimburse the US government if your parents receive a forbidden public benefit.

Read the Guides (button at top of this page).

For you to immigrate with your parents you will need to do it in two steps.

Step one, you need to come over and establish residence in the US, i.e. get a job and get your life going so that you can present the necessary documentation to support your petition for your parents.

It is not difficult, and you will need a couple of years before you can bring your parent overs.

Good luck!

Here is the link to the Dept of State, explaining who the process works: http://travel.state....types_1306.html

Snippet:

U.S. Sponsor Minimum Age Requirement

U.S. citizens must be age 21 or older to file petitions for siblings or parents. There is no minimum age for a sponsor to file petitions for all other categories of family based immigrant visas. However, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) must be at least 18 years of age and have a residence (domicile) in the U.S. before he or she can sign an Affidavit of Support, Form I-864 or I-864-EZ. This form is required for an immigrant visa for a spouse and other relatives of U.S. sponsors.
