Mona Lisa,

Hi all

You have to have the I-130 process (CR-1) going before you can start the K-3 process. Did you send out G-325A for your I-130?

1. You complete one set of G-325A (total 4 pages) for yourself, then sign and date all 4 pages and your husband completes one set of G-325A (total 4 pages) for himself, then sign and date all 4 pages for I-130

2. You both do the same when you will send your I-129F for K-3.

So prepare 2 sets of G-325A for you and 2 sets of G-325A for your husband which will take care of both I-130 (CR-1) and I-129F (K-3). You sign your G-325A and your husband signs his.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

You are the applicant in the course of completing and signing your G-325A

Your spouse is the applicant in the course of completing and signing his G-325A

You will submit 2 fully completed and signed G-325A's with each set comprising 4 pages.
