Hi,

Me and my sweetheart are still waiting for our NOA-2. We are currently at the 200 day mark now :wow: . I am worried we have not recieved no RFI or our approved NOA-2. I just sent my Texas Senator our information on our very long wait from the Vermont Service Center to send us any information. Any warming advise out there would help our wandering thoughts?? :whistle:

this is really frustrating, the waiting time for VSC keeps going up while the waiting time for CSC trends down

I called the USCIS and put in a service request, e-mailed the ombudsman and sent a rquest in to my senator. I don't know that any of that helped but, it made me feel like I was doing everything possible. I know that once we got our NOA2 everything moved very quickly! Good luck!

Put in a service request if you can, but unfortunately that's the ebb and flow of the service centers. When I first applied for the K-1, VSC was going way faster, then CSC started going lightning fast. At some point, it'll switch again. If you're at day 200, your approval should be coming really soon. If you come over to the February filers group, you'll see that there are still others waiting just like you. Come on over if you want to vent or celebrate when you do get the NOA2! Good luck!
