London embassy Packet 3?

Hi everyone,

First of all congratulations to all the recent approvals and best wishes to those still waiting.

Im not sure if Im posting in the correct forum, but its in regards to packet 3 from London.

From looking at the consulate site and gathering info from here, it

appears to me that London do not use the Affadavit of Support.

Both me and my partner are working hard in order to get the documentation ready

anyhows, but due to insufficient income, its going to be a close call.

We do not have a co-sponsor, or anyone willing to do this for us, so really

its coming down to what my partner can provide, in order to meet the poverty guidelines.

Basically, due to vehicle problems, his current wage is lower than usual, and we

are worrying about this,understandably.

we can provide a letter from his employer, showing his actual salary and position and

payslips closer the time, representing his income, but the tax returns are cutting it fine.

My huge worry is that, London will indeed grant us the K1, but we get refused on these

grounds at the AOS stage.

My concern is that upon arriving in the States, after leaving my home in London

and moving my young daughter, we get refused and sent back to the Uk.

I suppose, Im posting to seek reassurance (ideally) or if anybody has any further information

on the liklihood of this scenario.
